How much will shipping be?
We offer FREE standard shipping for order's over $150 within Australia.
Standard national shipping is $9
Express national shipping is $15
International shipping is charged at a flat rate dependant on your country.
America & Canada - $18

What Does Pre-Order Mean?
If the item you are interested in is ‘Available on Pre-Order’ this simply means the item is temporarily out of stock & will ship to you as soon as we receive the stock in our warehouse!

What Does 'Free Size' Mean?
Free size runs from an 6-12 depending on your body shape. We suggest 6-8 is a loose fit and is roughlt the size of the models we use in our images. 10-12 is fitted, with a little room to move. We currently only offer one size, But are working to release sizing at the end of 2018.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
All orders are processed and sent out for delivery every Tuesday & Thursday. 
Orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Over the weekend and on Public Holidays will not be shipped until the following Tuesday, & may incur an additional wait time
Shipping is standard with delivery times between 3-10 business days. 
If express shipping is opted for at checkout, your order will be shipped the next day.

How Do I Return Or Exchange?
We endeavour to deliver a premium product, However if you are not happy with your full priced purchase, please email us & ship your order to our Head Office.

Once we receive your return it will undergo a quality review, once cleared you will receive an exchange or store voucher for the full amount you paid excluding shipping to the original payment method.
Returns take 2-5 business days to process once they have arrived in our Head Office.
SABAII Bohemian Apparel is not liable for items lost in transit, we recommend using a traceable delivery method & keeping your tracking number in a safe place!

I've Received A Faulty Item, What Do I Do?
We take great care when sending out each order, If you have received a garment you believe to be faulty please e-mail ASAP with your order number & photos of the fault. 
Once we have assessed the fault we will arrange a replacement or store credit.

Will You Be Offering Sizing Ever?
Yes, We will!!! It's a work in progress but we are hoping that by the end of the year we will have a full size run available from XS/S/M/L/XL and catering for our curvy customers too.
